JOY
had a nice week w/out responsibilities. did the usual stuff w/ the relatives on thurs. spent some good time w/ my future sister-in-law. watched guys and girls turkey bowl. girls turkey bowl was surprisingly more fun to watch this year. hanna yums hit was CRAZY, jessie threw well and was a good leader, elise ran circles around everyone and simply dominated. hung out w/ andy, ester, and lil anna. didnt do anything crazy but was still fun. anna is a funny girl.

alice byun shared a funny comment, "oh, i dont remember that movie too well. i watched it at a drive in but i wasnt paying attention to the movie."
@ the warriors game some dude behind us was saying some funny stuff:
"mike dunleavy! MIKE DUNLEAVY! you have 7 points mike dunleavy!"
"you were the 3rd overall pick and you have 7 points!"
"you almost scored as much as najera!"
"we want ansu seasay! put in ansu seasay!"
cshins aim "da-dunk" story was hilarious.

JOY
hallelujah night: lil david had so much fun flipping over a rubber ducky and finding out that it had a pink sticker underneath it. it was so ridiculous but so awsome that he could find so much joy in doing something so simple. i really liked ipod idea, too bad not a lot of ppl danced, but joshua definitely went crazy.
dennis said that he likes the country fried potatoes at dennys cuz theyre like only $2 and p eug responds, "you could get a whole sack of potatoes for the same price." dont exactly know y me and frank were laughing so hard cuz of that.

PRAYER
i dont wanna be one of those ppl that goes to kcpc for a few yrs cuz of school and then just goes back to la. i feel like thats what everyone does. teachers come in and out as often as the olympics. theres so few teachers that have been serving over 3 yrs. i can count the # on just one hand. thats a pretty sad thought.
my prayer is that ppl will be truly committed as teachers. my prayer is that ppl will stay and continue to teach. my prayer is that ppl will love the church and that they will remember that the church is the body. my prayer is that this would not be just my prayer but ours.
