i think spiketv is my new favorite channel. they have all these great shows like macgyver, ultimate fighting championship stuff, & pros v.s. joes. not to mention their random manly movies like american ninja and ones including chuck norris. and i cannot forget one of my all-time favorite favorite shows MXC: most xtreme challenge. DON'T GET ELIMINATED!

vday movie recommendation "playing by heart": lots of big names, good acting, clever story, much better than "love actually" in my opinion.

march of the penguins - theyre straight up gangsters.
bowling for columbine - marilyn manson sounds pretty smart, charlton heston shouldve pulled a gat on michael moore.
spellbound - these kids are such losers. but theyre friggin smart.
word wars - these adults are such losers. word whores.

must pay some homage to some older classics. top 25 of all-time for sure:
the karate kid - "put him in a body bag!"
bloodsport - "very good, but brick, not hit back."

lucky me just got back from the most amazing game of basketball. kobe bryant went NUTZ on 28-46 field goals, 7-13 three-pointers, 18-20 free-throws to add up to a grand total of 81 amazing points. thanks mark for taking me to the game. MVP!
